Tom has been a teacher and coach for 37 years. He has worked intimately with people from the deepest and most dangerous parts of inner cities to the wealthy office suites of senior corporate executives. Tom, and his wife Flame, have taken their work to many different cultures and countries around the world, including Russia, China, Japan, Malaysia, Canada, Mexico, Paris, England and Greece. In the process they have touched over 200,000 people.

As co-founder of Stalking Truth, a partnership with his wife Flame, Tom coaches individuals and couples and together they lead a public workshop, called "Stalking Truth".

Tom designed the practice of "Energy Integration Movements", a process for increasing personal vitality by building the essential capacities of balance, breath, flexibility and core strength.

Tom holds a black belt in the martial art Aikido.

Tom lives with Flame in The Skystone Solar Community, a 15 year intentional community near Durango, Colorado.

Flame has led thousands in movement for such organizations as Tamalpa Institute, Lomi School, Esalen Institute, EST (now known as Landmark Education), Tony Robbins, Super Camps, Arc International, Sports Mind, Human Potential Project, Being First, Edges Learning Community and Stalking Truth, Inc.

Inspired and influenced by teachers Paramahansa Yogananda, Xavier Nash, Anna Halprin, Richard Heckler, Robert Hall, Tom Lutes and Julio Ollala;
Flame developed and draws from a myriad of resourceful offerings providing a unique alchemy of movement, gestalt therapy, Ontological Coaching and bodywork when working with her clients.
Flame is a Newfield Network certified Coach and an International Coaching Federation Certified Coach offering Ontological Coaching to individuals, couples, and families.

As co-founders of Stalking Truth, Inc Flame and Tom, married thirty years, have over 60 years combined experience of providing guidance, teaching, and mentoring delivering positive life altering changes for clients in corporations and families through their seminars, public workshops, and retreats.

Flame is a founding member of Skystone Solar Community, near Durango, Colorado where she lives with her husband Tom and avian friend, Ms. Poncho.
